    MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – Alabama carries itself like a team that's never satisfied, whether or not the score is 42-14 in the fourth quarter and the Crimson Tide are less than eight minutes away from a third national championship under Nick Saban.

    Case in point: Despite holding a 28-point lead in the fourth quarter on Monday night, Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron and center Barrett Jones pushed and shoved on the field after a false-start penalty cost the Crimson Tide five yards.

    Five yards? What's five yards when you're ahead 42-14? But the relentless push for perfection is what has carried Alabama to championship after championship after championship, one could say.
