Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has refused to rule out further departures from the Emirates, but insists players will have to come in before they do.
The Gunners are expected to strengthen their squad this month, and with the departure of both Johan Djourou and Marouane Chamakh on loan, and moves away from north London suggested for Sebastien Squillaci and Andrey Arshavin, Wenger has been linked with a string of players.
Speaking to Arsenal Player, the Frenchman said: "At the moment no, (no one is leaving).
"We have a good squad, a balanced one. At the moment nobody can go out, unless we buy somebody.
"At the moment our focus is to keep everybody. In every position we have two players. Three is too many and one is not enough."
Arsenal remain hopeful of signing forward Theo Walcott, and a reported £90,000-a-week deal could be announced ahead of Sunday's Manchester City game.
Wenger's men won their last home league clash with the reigning champions, and Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey believes with the absence of City's Yaya Toure, who is preparing for the Africa Cup of Nations, the Gunners will have the upper hand.

"It will give us an extra bit of belief," he added.
"We beat them last year at home and with Yaya Toure gone to the Africa Cup of Nations, it is a big loss for them.
"He is a big player for them and so influential, so hopefully we can take full advantage of that and get another good result."
Arsenal have also seen their attacking options hit by the Africa Cup of Nations, with Gervinho away with Ivory Coast, and France international Olivier Giroud is in doubt because of the knee injury he picked up in the FA Cup tie at Swansea.
The Gunners will enjoy a busy January, with six big fixtures looming before the end of January, but Ramsey insists the squad have the strength to deal with such a demanding schedule.
"It is a big month for us. We play some teams who are above us (in the Premier League) and we have an FA Cup game as well, so it is important to take these opportunities," Ramsey said.
"We have Manchester City at home and Chelsea away, games that we did well in last season, so hopefully we can do the same again this year and that will set us up nicely for the run in to the end of the season."
