Sky Sports News is set to make broadcasting history when it screens live reports from all 92 Premier and Football League clubs in a single day - including some that will be visited by helicopter.

'92Live' on 1 August will be the first time that any broadcaster has shown live reports from every Premier League and Football League club on one day and offers an exciting look through the eyes of each of the clubs.

Viewers will be provided with the latest live updates from each team as they prepare for the new season, which begins the following evening with Sheffield United against Notts County in Sky Bet League 1.

A team of 19 reporters will be across the country delivering live bulletins from 7.00am, bringing the latest news from each team including interviews with players, managers and other club representatives.

Andy Cairns, executive producer for Sky Sports News, said: "This is a broadcasting first and the perfect way to preview the biggest ever season of football on Sky Sports.

"No matter who you support, we will have your club's news, live from your stadium or training ground on 92Live. Only Sky Sports News could deliver the complete pre-season story, in one day, from every club in the country. It's bold. It's ambitious. And we can't wait."

The day will begin with a live report from Everton's Goodison Park, and conclude at Old Trafford, the home of Premier League champions, Manchester United.

Helicopter

Sky Sports News presenter Jim White will travel around the country by helicopter, visiting last season's trophy-winning clubs including Gillingham, Swansea and Wigan.

92Live is one of the biggest events Sky Sports News has ever attempted and has been three months in planning.

More than 120 Sky Sports News staff will be involved on the day including presenters, producers, reporters plus satellite teams - from engineers on the road to those in the control room at Sky Studios - bringing live pictures throughout the day.

The day will also be covered comprehensively online with a live running blog on skysports.com and tablet apps featuring exclusive content from all the reporters and images from around the country.

There will also be an interactive touchscreen map so that online viewers will be able to follow the progress of 92Live as it unfolds throughout the day.

92Live kicks off Sky Sports' biggest ever season of live football.

Viewers can enjoy unrivalled coverage of all 92 clubs, with 116 live matches from the Barclays Premier League - more than ever - and over 100 live games from the Sky Bet Football League and Capital One Cup.
