Osi Umenyiora is bringing another title-winner into the family.
According to the New York Post, the New York Giants defensive end proposed to his girlfriend, 2011 Miss Universe winner Leila Lopes, last week.
Umenyiora tweeted a picture of he and Lopes in Italy soon after the reported proposal. The caption read "my beautiful fiancee."
His timeline suggests he and Lopes have been traveling with family in Europe.
Lopes, 26, hails from Angola and studied in England. When she won the Miss Universe pageant in 2011, she became only the fourth African to win the crown in the 60-year history of the event.

The pair began dating after being introduced at last year's Fashion Week in New York. The Post reports they're looking to have a 2014 wedding.
If this were four months ago, we'd have been eagerly awaiting Umenyiora's announcement that he'd asked LeSean McCoy to be the ring bearer. Then McCoy would have asked when Osi is going to start the pageant circuit, and we'd have all said "how juvenile!" while secretly laughing about it. But, alas, the rivals have squashed their beef, so maybe the Eagles running back will be sending something off the registry instead.
