AUGUSTA, Ga. — For months Bubba Watson didn't reveal, even in the slightest, what he would serve at the Masters Club Dinner as the defending champion.

It wouldn't have taken him that long to divulge the menu, it turned out.

TIGER: He's in a comfortable place

While many past champions have served up plenty of appetizers and three types of salads and three or more entrees to choose, plus a plethora of deserts, Watson went plain and simple Tuesday night at the dinner of champions. The starter was a traditional Caesar salad. The entrée was a grilled chicken breast, served with green beans, mashed potatoes, corn, and macaroni and cheese. But it was served with cornbread. The dessert was confetti cake with a side of vanilla ice cream.

No mention of a wine list (maybe water was the only option).

So there you have it – Bubba being Bubba as a host.
