Sam Warburton: Stayed in Melbourne for further assessment
Sam Warburton will have a scan on his injured hamstring on Sunday.
The Lions captain was forced off before the end of Saturday's 16-15 defeat to Australia which set up a series decider in Sydney next weekend.
Warburton stayed in Melbourne while his team-mates flew to the Queensland coast and is due to undergo further assessment.
The Wales flanker will then travel north on Monday as he awaits news on whether he can play in Saturday's decider.
Speaking after the Melbourne defeat he said: "I've got a sore hamstring.
"I'm not sure, I haven't done it before. This is a new injury, so I'm not too sure to be honest."
Lions coach Warren Gatland felt Warburton's departure, which came with his side in the lead, was a key factor Australia's win.
He said: "I thought Sam was brilliant at the breakdown, particularly in the first half, when we had a number of turnovers. I think that was the difference between the two sides.
"It was a big loss when he came off. Dan Lydiate had run himself into the ground and we probably would have brought Dan off and Tom Croft on for him.
"Unfortunately Sam has picked up that injury which has perhaps changed the momentum a bit."
Prop Alex Corbisiero and centre Jamie Roberts, who both missed Saturday's game, are expected to be fit for Sydney. Source : http://www1.skysports.com/rugby-union/news/16057/8799100/Lions-in-Australia-Sam-Warburton-to-have-scan-on-hamstring-after-Melbourne-defeat
