Australia captain James Horwill has been named in the 28-man Australia squad
Australia head coach Ewen McKenzie has named James Horwill in his 28-man squad to face South Africa and Argentina in the Rugby Championship.
Horwill, who has skippered the side since 2011, has been passed fit for the matches in Cape Town and Rosario after missing the past two matches with a hamstring injury.
"He's a very experienced campaigner and he knows how to play the game," said McKenzie.
"He's not going to overawed by the environment or the games that we've got to play."
McKenzie has also recalled loosehead prop Benn Robinson, Sitaleki Timani and Dave Dennis, while there are places for uncapped trio Albert Anae, Chris Feauai-Sautia and Bernard Foley.
Nick Cummins and Jesse Mogg miss out through injury, while Liam Gill and Scott Sio drop out but remain on standby.
"You couldn't find more complicated games to play on the road," said McKenzie.
"So having a few guys around who are familiar with those environments is not a bad thing."
