World Cup 2015 Pools Drawn

Should the United States qualify for the Rugby World Cup 2015 in England as the first or second team out of the Americas, they will either play the top team out of Asia (presumably Japan), Scotland and Samoa in Pool B or Italy, Ireland, France and a yet to be determined team from Europe.

The Eagles could conceivably qualify for the World Cup next year if they get the better of Canada in a two-match series.

Pool A:
Play off winners, Oceania 1, Wales, England (hosts), Australia

Pool B:

Americas 2, Asia 1, Scotland, Samoa

Pool C:
Africa 1, Europe 1, Tonga, Argentina, New Zealand

Pool D:
Europe 2, Americas 1, Italy, Ireland, France
